Fayetteville Woman Charged With Fraud, Forgery

ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that arrest warrants have been issued for Nichelle Robinson, 53, of Fayetteville, for Insurance Fraud and Forgery in the 1st Degree. Ms. Robinson is charged in connection with a Fayette County case.
“The suspect submitted a homeowners insurance claim regarding a damaged A/C unit to Farmers Insurance for $3,800,” said Commissioner King. “Investigators discovered that Ms. Robinson altered an invoice, and used a fake image from the internet to misrepresent the damage caused to her A/C unit.”

The arrest warrants were issued by a Fayette County Judge on March 31st.
