NICB Completes Two-Day Training with West Virginia Office of the Insurance Commission

NICB provided training to 50 members of law enforcement in partnership with the West Virginia Office of the Insurance Commission. Topics from the two-day training included arson fraud, cell phone records investigations and geofence case studies.
