Three arrested in multi-county vehicle theft case

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Authorities arrested three suspects in a vehicle theft case that spanned multiple counties, with the defendants facing a combined total of 17 warrants.

20-year-old Fable Elias Aguilar, 27-year-old Carlos Daniel Rodriguez and 20-year-old Daniel Ramos-Balderas were served with warrants on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at the Webb County Jail.

The case began in July 2025 when a truck was reported stolen from the 700 block of Rosario Street.

Multiple agencies collaborated on the arrests, including the Laredo Police Department Auto Theft Task Force, Bear County Sheriff’s Office, Bernie Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, San Antonio Police Department Vehicle Crimes Unit, U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Customs.
