Virginia IASIU Opens Registration for 31st Annual Fraud Seminar
Join the VA IASIU for a two-day, free, in-person or online insurance fraud seminar providing training on a variety of topics critical for today's fraud investigators. For 31 years, the Virginia Chapter of the IASIU has been providing first-rate insurance fraud training for the insurance industry and law enforcement.
Training this year will include a presentation from Gary Reinhardt, legal counsel for the IASIU as well as a session on worker's compensation by Matt Smith, NICB. A panel discussion on the state of insurance fraud in Virginia will include members from the commonwealth's attorney office, the Bureau of Insurance, VSP Insurance Fraud Program, and a legal representative. Following the industry discussions, Missy Coyne will help you hone your telephone interviewing and investigating skills.
In addition to 10 hours of training, this year's seminar will include lunch both days, a hospitality suite, and an opportunity to visit with exhibitors.
The VA IASIU Awards and the VSP Fraud Fighter Awards will also be in-person and streamed live during lunch.
This seminar is made possible through a generous grant from the Virginia State Police Insurance Fraud Program.
