Port Wentworth Woman Wanted for Fraud, Forgery

ATLANTA – Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King announced today that warrants have been issued for Annie Liza Pressley, 33, of Port Wentworth for one count of Insurance Fraud and one count of Forgery in the 1st Degree. Ms. Pressley is wanted in connection with a Chatham County Case.
“The suspect was involved in a single-vehicle accident and claimed to be injured as a result,” said Commissioner King. “She subsequently filed a claim with Progressive Insurance for medical treatment she received as a result of the injury. It was later discovered she never received treatment and forged medical documents to support her fraudulent claim.”

The warrants were issued on January 27th by a Chatham County Judge.
