NICB and Newport News Police Department Announce New Dates for Catalytic Converter Etching
The NICB is partnering with the Newport News Police Department at Newport News Police Department Headquarters for Catalytic Converter VIN Engraving events. The engraving takes about 15 minutes to complete per vehicle. Registration is required.
Events are scheduled for the following dates:
