Michele Wyatt

Ms. Wyatt is the Vice President, Head of Claims, for AAA Enterprises, ACE. She joined the NICB Board of Governors in 2024.

Prior to joining AAA, Ms. Wyatt served as Vice President of Auto Claims at USAA where she was responsible for National Auto Claims leading Claims Transformation efforts in Auto. Prior to this, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Claims Officer at Mutual of Enumclaw, a super-regional Pacific Northwest Mutual where she had oversight for Commercial and Personal Lines Claims as well Underwriting, Products, Marketing, and Sales. In this role, she led digital and transformation efforts focused on improving the member experience as well overseeing market expansion and growth strategies. 

Ms. Wyatt has also served as Vice President of Auto Claims, Vice President of Claims Process, and various other leadership roles at Farmers Insurance in Los Angeles for 13 years. Her role was instrumental in modernizing claims processes and technology. 

Ms. Wyatt started her career at Progressive Insurance as a claims adjuster and served in several leadership positions.
