Eric Stone

Mr. Stone is the Vice President of Claims Shared Services at Allstate, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence and improving the customer experience while leading dynamic teams focused on claims processing, first notice of loss, and fraud/special investigations. He joined the NICB Board of Governors in 2025. 

Mr. Stone has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Allstate in 2013. He has held several leadership roles, including Vice President, Life and Retirement and President and CEO of Allstate Financial Services. Most recently, he led Go to Market Team 14 where he supported agents in Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, and was accountable for profit and loss across lines and Allstate branded distribution channels.

Mr. Stone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University. He also holds Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting and Certified Insurance Counselor designations. He is married to his wife, Casey, and has triplets.
